Meet Lisa Modlin, Mahaska Snack Express Route Sales Member

Lisa Modlin has been a loyal employee of Mahaska for about 20 years. Her continuous dedication to the company and cheerful spirit are two qualities extremely valuable amongst the workplace. What is a typical day at Mahaska look like for you?

I start around 6:00am at the 3M site.  There are 3 big break rooms and 3 small ones that I fill up and take care of.

Propel Water

Favorite snack that Mahaska distributes?

Peanut M&M’s and Snickers

What do you do outside of Mahaska for fun?

Bike rides, grill outs, camping, baseball games, golfing, sitting on the deck, spending time with grandkids, and garage sales.

What’s something no one would guess about you?

When I was in high school, I wanted to be a truck driver.  I also collect a lot of stuff.

How would you think your friends describe you in one sentence?

Joyful to be around, cheerful, and energetic.

What are you most passionate about?

My family

Are you involved in the local community? If so, how?

I do a lot of charity walks.

What have you seen Mahaska do that benefits the local community?

The Santa House and the Christmas float in the Lighted Christmas Parade.  Also, supporting local organizations.
