Sean Tubal, Mahaska’s Snack Express Route Manager, was born and raised in California. He has now worked for Mahaska for more than 22 years. What is a typical day at Mahaska look like for you?

First thing in the morning I check the routes out and work on office tasks until mid-morning.  After that I check on accounts, look for new accounts, or ride along on routes.

Favorite beverage that Mahaska distributes?

Regular Pepsi in a can.  It used to be Pepsi in a 10oz returnable bottle.  (Did I just show my age?)

Favorite snack that Mahaska distributes?

Country Archer Jerky and Cheez-Its.

What do you do outside of Mahaska for fun?

Reading, exercising, camping, and hiking/backpacking.

What’s something no one would guess about you?

My age.

How would you think your friends describe you in one sentence?

He is a good man.

What are you most passionate about?

Spending time with my kids.

Are you involved in the local community? If so, how?

Boy Scouts, Parish Council, Knights of Columbus, and school councils.

What have you seen Mahaska do that benefits the local community?

Dew It For Your School.  Our presence here builds out communities/families.
