Mountain Dew is adding a new product to the lineup… introducing Mountain Dew Ice! The beverage is a refreshing lemon-lime DEW. Providing a new alternative for soda drinkers, Ice has 91 milligrams of caffeine per 20-ounce bottle.
A bottle of Mountain Dew has the equivalent amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. Ice is lower in calories and sugar than the brand’s citrus soda, with 160 calories and 41 grams of sugar per bottle compared to 290 calories and 77 grams of sugar in a classic Mountain Dew.
There is a distinct taste difference between Mountain Dew Ice and regular Mountain Dew, due to the different juice flavors. Ice is quite refreshing, because it has splash of real lemon juice along with lemon-lime flavoring.

They launched the new soda at an iHeartRadio event they were hosting with a surprise musical guest. The promotion for Mountain Dew Ice features Morgan Freeman competing against Peter Dinklage in a tongue twister challenge.
